This is a family blog. Visitors are always welcome. We'll love your comments! In fact, the Bixbys have always been very hospitable. But remember: this is a family blog. It is about us.
Oh-- and Family, remember that visitors drop in any time they want. So let's keep things in the closet and under the bed that should stay out of sight to visitors. Let's be real, but as Dad used to say, "Remember your last name!"

Goodbye Tim and Ruth
Tim and Ruth and the kids drove out of our driveway for the "final" time on Sunday. We've enjoyed have them in our neck of the woods for the past five weeks.
We made it back to Spartanburg at 1:30 Tuesday morning. About half way home we decided it was worth it to drive the 16-hour trek straight through so that we could sleep in our own beds, and we haven't regretted it one bit!
We traveled through 11 states in one day: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina and SOUTH CAROLINA! wahoo. We're home after 4,738 miles.
Thank you, Hansons, for your hospitality. As much as we wanted to get home, it was a little sad to leave you at our "Massachusetts home". Looking forward to seeing you at the end of next month.
Obviously there was no one to get Stefan's attention! Great picture! I'm very excited to have them back in my neck of the woods for a month or so!
ReplyDeleteYes, he was very fascinated with the trees, and not so much with the tiny camera sitting on the other side of the deck!
ReplyDeleteWow! Is that your deck?
ReplyDeleteNotice he has no comment for the subjects--just the deck! :-)
