This is a family blog. Visitors are always welcome. We'll love your comments! In fact, the Bixbys have always been very hospitable. But remember: this is a family blog. It is about us. Oh-- and Family, remember that visitors drop in any time they want. So let's keep things in the closet and under the bed that should stay out of sight to visitors. Let's be real, but as Dad used to say, "Remember your last name!"

Well, Patience ... there's the answer to my question! You did get to go! And so did Corban! Yippeee!!!
It looks like Florida isn't a bad place to spend the winter if you'd rather sun than snow, eh? I'm sooo glad you all got to see the beach. What fun! We're looking forward to a little FL time in January.
And did you get the short haircut so that you could keep cool in sunny Florida? Lookin' great.
We are so glad that we were able to take the kids with us!! It really was a great time to relax and get some family time in the afternoons.
The haircut was before Thanksgiving. I really need to get some of those shots up too.... and our missing tooth, and FOUND tooth!!! Alot has happened on the Rockford Bixby homefront... Mom just doesn't always get the time to blog it.
Tonight it Christmas decoration night.... maybe pix tomorrow on that!
How Fun!!!! You all look like you had a blast in the sunny south! Back to the cold now, I guess!
Sweet pictures! They are getting so big. I love the new haircut, Patience!
The one with Corban sleeping and Patience and Bob in the background...looks like it should be an advertisement for something. Precious--SCRAPBOOK material!!!
OK, I think I'm ready to move there! I'm so glad you had such a nice time. I hope all of you were able to get some R and R in.
It's only about 19* here, winter snow advisory, blah blah blah, lots of snow, welcome to Minnesota winters!
oh, btw Brenda. We were only there for four days..... not the dreamy two weeks that you thought was our fortune. We are back in to the sleeting snow of IL and 27*.
Though I do wish I could enjoy a little bit of you Northern folks' sleet and snow (and, no doubt, hot chocolate and cookies), nevertheless I'm certain I'll be grateful for a Southern-style winter when we begin transporting our earthly belongings from here to there in two weeks.
