What a great surprise for all of you? Was everybody surprised or just the grandparents?

We arrived Monday afternoon, and left Wednesday afternoon for a meeting in Pepperell, MA. We had a really nice time, and are glad that our schedule worked out to be able to go. I'm afraid the cat was let out of the bag on the Friday before our visit. ;-/ Oh, well. Anticipation is half the fun, right?
