Lincoln Log Cabin

These pics are now a week old, but I've been sorting pictures and thought you might be interested. We were in Greenup, Ill. last Wednesday night for a service, and visited the nearby Lincoln Log Cabin Historic Site the next day. The kids really enjoyed seeing the live actors, and trying to grapple with understanding what it would have been like "to have lived back then."

yep. I remember the people being dressed up, but I didn't remember them talking in the first-person, as they did this time.

That is so neat! There is a similar type of place in Plymouth, but we haven't been there yet! Maybe next time you all are up here we can go!

Looks like a place that we need to go down to. I remember visiting it once when I was a kid and loving it. Thanks for the reminder!!
