Wow! Looks like you put on quite the feast! Bravo! Good to put a face to the name of some of the people, too. I was thinking of calling you today--then it dawned on me that you were having a normal day, not a vacation day! Turkey looks like it was great!

There is the USA, France, Belgium, Germany and Canada represented in the picture.
Reini (seated in armchair) had been hit by a car while riding her bike the day before. She was thrown up on the hood and then onto the windshield which she broke. We took her to Dad's doctor who then sent her to the hospital for x-rays. Nothing was broken but she was still immobile. That's why she and her two friends ended up joining us. There was plenty of food. We enjoyed getting to know the Rion family and hearing their testimonies.

What a feast!! I so glad that you were able to share your Thanksgiving meal with some friends!! And Ruth, you are looking a bit too cute to be only a month from having a new baby!! Praying for you all today and once again so thankful for you and the hand that you providentially had in uniting us with both of our sweet Gifts from God!! Wish you and your kids could be with us this holiday season!!

Oh, I love our Thanksgivings in France!! But we are out the door to A. Donna's for a feast. Should be great. A. Suzy and U. Bill are here, too.

Donna, call whenever you like. I'm trying to keep my schedule a little more free these days. ;)

Jennie, we love your precious little gifts, and are count very dear the memories we have from those early days spent with you right after each of them was born. Wow, how time flies! Enjoyed the pictures we saw on FB this morning of your Bixby/Martin gathering. Looks like you pulled off another beautiful Thanksgiving celebration!

Mom, looking forward to celebrating next Thanksgiving here under your direction. ;)

Amy (not that your present circumstnaces are affording you the opportunity to read this blog right now), that turkey was 8 kilos (just under 18 pounds). Smallest Carrefour said they could give us. The trend for small birds must be changing in France. :)

Liz--thanks, friend.
