Monday Tim converted Miriam's crib into a toddler bed. Miriam is pretty excited about being able to get up and down all by herself, and she loves talking about her "new bed," even though she's already taken a number of tumbles. We're getting creative trying to find ways to keep her from falling out. Good thing it's not too high off the floor! We'll have to see how the next few nights go to see whether she's really ready for this new adventure.

You'll have to let us know how it goes. We were thankful for the hand-me-down 2nd crib given to us so that Adam wouldn't be "free to roam" at his whim.
What a big girl you are getting to be! Do you know that you were here in France with me last year and you were just a little girl then! I miss you!
Miriam, you are growing up way too fast! You must like to move all over in your sleep, huh? I have a little girl that does that too, and she STILL thumps onto the floor sometimes! Ruth, you are right about Isa looking like Miriam---definitely in these pictures I see it! :-)
What a doll... and growing up too quickly! Give her some love from me next time she takes a little tumble out of her new bed.
