Minnesota Father's Day

My family took good care of me today. We had a wonderful meal and have just been spending time together. Notice the tie theme?

Sorry the pics are so large. I'll try to remember to make them smaller next time.

Love the ties!! Dan gets the award for the best tied tie though! :-) Cute centerpiece!

You all out did us! Bob deserves a wonderful big celebration, but alas his wife is pooped out after the big wedding on Friday so instead he is celebrating by chasing his spunky, spicing, fun loving boy around the room!! YIPPEE! oh, and Patience made him a card! Poor guy, yet he takes it all in stride and loves us anyways!

Very nice. But the pictures are not to big. I always disappointed if when i click on them i can't see see really close up. Dan you really look slim. I had a very nice father's day, including a new mp3 telephone. And Mom snuck out of the house and around to the bakery and bought 2 raisin breads for us to enjoy for Father's day breakfast. What a wonderful gal! You guys all took after your father and chose wonderful gals.

I love the pictures! But what I would really like to know is how many ties you actually got as presents yesterday!

:-) Yes, we realized yesterday that Benjamin needs to learn how to tie ties, Jen. Mom, can you believe he didn't get a tie?! (Only because I buy them all of the time. :-)) He got some great cards, and some trendy plaid shorts and matching shirts. I'm still trying to convert him into liking clothes. I'm proud to announce that I'm slowly gaining ground. :-) Oh, and he got book ends that are fleur de lis (Ok French folks, you can correct that one!) It was fun. :-)

Oh dad, he IS skinny! :-) About to blow away in a strong wind! :-)

Good thing he's anchored to a sturdy, hearty, stout, drury. :-)

Hey! Maybe I'll send a poster size one if I look skinny!
I'm guessing that by the end of the week I might be even skinnier.

And.. don't listen to Brenda. She's losing as well.
