The Bixby Homestead

Here it is! We put together a little video of our tour of the old Bixby house. Sorry the footage isn't all the best, but it at least gives you an idea of what it is like. Dad, the hills behind the house are drastically changed since the highway department moved in, as you'll see.

nice video... the place doesn't mean much to me, but I know it does to Dad so that is cool!

Neat! Josh and I are wondering how you arranged this tour...did they clean up before you came?

Thank you so so much. The outside was so recognizable. Everything. But the inside I could'nt much relate. The one thing that was totally recognizable on the inside was the vent between the bedroom and the front room. just saw it for a second. the only stove was in the front room, and Dad put in the vent to send heat to the back rooms. Our boys bunkbed was right under it. Uncle Steve could peer out into the living room from the top bunk and see what was going on after we were in bed. I was on the bottom. We remember when Uncle Ron and John Mason burst into the house, to announce that atheist Ron had just accepted the Lord.
Thanks Tim and Ruth for all that work. I treasure it. Love Dad

Super cool! Don't obviously have any attachment, but I enjoyed Dad's commentaries as I watched it--very special.

Tim,
That was great. Like Bob said it is hard to tell much on the inside, but it would be neat to be able to go back there and look at it. I am sure we would be able to tell more about it that way. Dad added the whole back section and that little side section. That was neat. Thanks so much for doing that. Is there a way to save that video on favorites site?
