The New Look

We finished our little project last night at about 1 am! We took off the wallpaper in the hall and painted it and then "ragged" it with a little mauve. We are all pleased with the outcome. It turned out to be more work than anticipated -- do you know there are 6 doors in that small space that they all have "panels" to paint! That doesn't count the armoir! Laetitia and Dad did most of the work and I came in at the end to add my artisitc talents to the final project. Come see us--the hall is cheery and all the signs of the fire years ago are finally gone (Dad put crepi on the ceiling which had had wallpaper!)
