The children's choir (from school) sang the National Anthem at the girls' basketball game at Burnsville High School tonight.
We decided to make a family evening out of it and stayed and watched the game. First HS game I've seen since Eagledale.
The choir did a really nice job.
We had fun.
It was a big deal for the kids --- they thought we should bring the camera and blog about it.

We think it was a big deal, too--esp. considering WHO was in the choir! Wish we could have been there. Love you both! Grandma
What a fun night out as a family!
So, WHO was in the choir? We're assuming it was Elise?
I think that Elise and Ben were BOTH in it--right?
It is the 4-6th grade, so this year (only) both Ben and Elise are in the choir. Their dad is the accompanist, though they didn't need him for the ball game.
I did get a little bit of video of it, but not the whole song, so I thought it might frustrate you to hear only part of it :-).
Burnsville Blaze lost after a very close game. It was fun to see.

We need some more baby pictures!!! Hint, Hint, nudge, nudge, wink, wink!
