Well, two performances of the cantata are over. They both went really well. We were especially happy with our actors. At the last minute, they were able to really jump in and "be" the personages that they were playing. The choir was great, too. As Claire says, "Robert can make the chairs sing."
In case you don't know the actors, Benjamin (Christian's oldest) is the boy, Jean Baptiste (from Gabon and in our church) is the main character, Solonge (from the Christy's church) is the mother, and Derek is the other man. Crystal is the pianist. There are 30 in the choir. Tomorrow it is in our church. We expect to have the largest crowd.
