Trash day at 7 Hampshire
For a long time, one of Micaiah's favorite pastimes has been watching the trash man pick up our trash. Every Thursday morning we have to stop everything when we hear the rumble on our street and hurriedly run to the window and watch the show. It must be a love he inherited from his father, who has always said that one of his highest aspirations as a boy was to become a garbage man when he grew up. Now little sister Miriam is joining in the fun.

I thought all my boys had the high aspiration of being MISSIONARY garbage collectors! I can remember Bobby doing that exact same thing at that same window!
And Bob was probably wearing those same style pants (as pants, too, not as pajamas).
Absolutely adorable picture. Captures the moment.
They look so BIG! --Auntie Donna
Daniel, Of course, he was wearing plaid pants (Grandma bought out the factory, remember?)-- not to mention that he was 5 years old and not 2!
Try 10.
Truth be known, some days he probably still stares out the window and wonders, "what if".....
That's funny, Dan!
