This is a family blog. Visitors are always welcome. We'll love your comments! In fact, the Bixbys have always been very hospitable. But remember: this is a family blog. It is about us. Oh-- and Family, remember that visitors drop in any time they want. So let's keep things in the closet and under the bed that should stay out of sight to visitors. Let's be real, but as Dad used to say, "Remember your last name!"

Johanna knows one--our church sang it every Wednesday for a month! I don't remember it though!
We used "Source of All Truth" by Dan Forrest (published by Kids 4 Truth) in our Bible Club ministry. It's a song for kids, but I thought that I mention it. It can also be sung as a round. The text by Eileen Berry is rich and picturesque......Brian
Also, "Thy Word is Like a Garden, Lord" has a really fresh text, and it is hardly sung in most churches. Dan, how about writing a text yourself and setting it in 4-part hymn style? Just a suggestion....:-)Brian
Brian...
I have already been tasked by our Pastor to do that... but I need it for Sunday.
"Thy Word Is Like a Garden" would be my suggestion as well. It's a personal favorite. There's also "Holy Bible, Book Divine".
Also, "Wonderful Words of Life", "O Word of God Incarnate" (it speaks of both Christ and the Word of God), "The Bible Stands" ...
Thanks for all the suggestions. I will definately have to look that song up, with all the endorsments.
