The Wedding Meal

The main dish of the wedding dinner was catered. It was a speciality of the region called "Aligot." Basically, it is 1 kilo of potatoes to 500 grams of cantal cheese, along with some spices. Matthieu had to show his muscles and stir it with a big wooden paddle! We had duck along with it. It was fun to watch the process and it was good, too. Posted by Picasa
