Happy Birthday, Daniel!

Happy Birthday to the world's greatest 35 year old! I'm fearful that you didn't get breakfast in bed today--hope you're day is special nonetheless. I'm sure your family has big plans for your celebration as soon as you get home. Don't have too much fun in Vegas! I love you and hope you have a wonderful day!

Happy Birthday, Brother Dan! Did you get my birthday present to you completely read yet?

Thank you, thank you, family.
I got home about 6AM this morning. I had the latest breakfast in bed ever - around noon! My family was very sweet and quiet and let me sleep in.
Thank you all for your well-wishes. 35 seems old! Half way to 70!
I'm just glad to be home to celebrate with the family.
Bob - hmmm... what should I say. Oh yes, my excuse is that it wouldn't fit in my suitcase -- otherwise, I'm sure I'd be done with it by now. (I do like it and will read it).
Love you all. Daniel

Donna....
HMMMM... I thought you were the master at doctoring up pictures? Couldn't you have slimmed me down, woken me up, cheered me up, added some hair, or better yet... found better pictures?
Seriously, I am grateful for your thoughtfulness.

The one with me is just so flattering...... :-/

I'll have to get ya back, Donna! ;-)

So ... what book did Bob give to Dan? We're all curious now ...

You act as if those pics are horrible...they're NOT! And FYI, you all always try to avoid the camera, so they're aren't gazillions of you!!

Okay, I guess the one of you with Brenda in it, does make you look a bit spacey!! But we all know how truly handsome you are and the inability of the photographer to grasp said handsomosity!

Yes it does. Sometimes even the gifts you give to people you "don't know very well" make memories!
[or was it "the gifts for very boring people"?]

Ruth...
"A New Systematic Theology of the Christian Faith" by Robert Reymond. Book report next week, I'm sure.

Donna..
I've never exactly been accused of being photogenic. Even my attempt at modeling became known as the "Drew Carey" advertisement.
And how can you possibly avoid the camera when your last name is Bixby?

Can't wait to see that book report! Then, none of the rest of us will need to read it.

IT was "for the guy that has EVERYTHING!!" -- all except that bright shiny new van... but somethings are just over the budget, ya know!
