Breakfast is fun and different in France. This morning Ben went with Poppie to the bakery and asked for "trois baguettes"! Drinking hot chocolate from a bowl made it twice as good. Ben wanted to be "really French" so he added a sugar cube :-) Sunday morning was "special" with croissants and chocolate breads. Wish you were all here!

Wow. Breakfast on the veranda on a Sunday morning? It must have been SPECIAL! Brenda almost looks like Becki Adams in that pic. Maybe it's the setting. You guys look like you're having fun!
Are you kids adjusting OK to the time change? It sounds like you must be if Ben & Isabelle were up with Papi yesterday morning!

I remember my first time drinking from a bowl. It was pretty cool!! As I recall the series of event (baguettes early in the morning, etc.) was pretty much the same, oh, some 20+ years ago. Man I'm getting old!!!!
Chris, You should bring Lydia and come visit us before you get too old to lift that bowl! Breakfast is waiting!

Ruth, the kids did great with the time change, and I did even better! I slept most of the trip from MI to Paris! It worked great. I just suffered with coughing and keeping everyone else awake at night!
