If you asked Patience what she likes best about school she would say, "Field trips!" We have had a fun time this month going to both the Police Station and the Fire Station of Rockton IL. Patience has now been in a police car and got to sound the siren; a fire truck; and ambulance. It has made me thankful for these workers that strive to keep us safe.
Our Fireman guide even put on all of his outfit to show the kids. Can anyone guess how much all that stuff weighs?

Yeah... don't tell her how out of place she should be with all those boys. She doesn't know any better... nor is she giddy with glee while being in their presence. We are loving these Kindergarten years!
Looks like fun! Next field trip should be to France--think of all the things she could learn. And I have cookies all made for when you get here.
Well we could send her along with Chris I guess. And then you can school her until December...but I would expect her to come home speaking French fluently!
And NO Donna 45 lbs is not correct. Anymore guesses out there?
